The Circular Library Network began as a grassroots initiative in Iceland, inspired by tool libraries and libraries of things. As the sharing initiative grew, the team identified a need for better systems to manage lending efficiently.
 

In response, they developed a self-checkout sharing system designed to empower any place—tool libraries, libraries of things, municipalities, real estate, or co-working spaces— with the infrastructure to create sharing solutions. With our first-ever system pre-order launching, we aim to help communities worldwide share resources, reduce waste, and build a more sustainable future.
